Detailed Description
Storage and Stability

·Store in sealed bag at room temperature (2-30°C or 36-86°F). The performance of the test card is stable within the validity period printed on the sealed bag.

•The test card must be kept in the sealed bag until use.

Limitations of the test method

1. This kit is only used to test human stool samples.

2. This kit can only be used for qualitative detection of norovirus.

3. A positive test result only indicates the possible presence of the substance in the stool sample and must be confirmed by precise and specific analytical methods.

4. Due to technical or program errors or other potential interferences not listed and resulting in inconsistent or erroneous results.
Test Procedure

Before testing, allow the test product, sample and/or QC product to reach room temperature of 15-30°C (59-86°F).

1. Allow the package to reach room temperature before opening. Remove the test device from the sealed bag and use as soon as possible.

2. Place the test device on a clean, level surface.

3. Hold the sample collection tube upright, carefully remove the tip of the collection tube, transfer 3 drops (about 100 µL) to the sample well of the test device, and start the timer. See the picture below.

4. Wait for the colored lines to appear. Read the result after 10 minutes. Do not read the results after 20 minutes.
