Instructions Details 1. Remove the swab from its packaging. 2. Gently rotate the swab and insert it approximately 1.5 cm into the nostril until resistance is met at the nasal concha. 3. Press the swab against the nasal wall and rotate it several times. Repeat the same swab several times in the other nostril. # The sample should be tested within 30 minutes. 4. Peel off the aluminum foil seal from the extraction tube. 5. Dip the sample swab into the sample extraction tube, allowing the sample extraction buffer to completely penetrate the swab. Rotate and squeeze the swab five times, then remove and discard the swab. 6. Securely insert the cap onto the sample extraction tube. Gently shake the extraction tube for approximately 5 seconds to ensure thorough mixing of the sample and the extraction buffer. 7. Vertically place three drops of the mixed sample onto the test card and start the timer. Read the results after 10 minutes. Do not interpret the results after 20 minutes.
