Two-thirds of adults drink alcohol. ¹ A person's blood alcohol concentration varies from person to person. Each individual has specific parameters that affect the extent of the injury, such as size, weight, eating habits, and alcohol tolerance. Inappropriate consumption of alcohol can be a contributing factor in many accidents, injuries and medical conditions.
how to use?
Before testing, please read the instructions carefully and completely
1. Remove the test cartridge from the foil pouch and place it horizontally on a flat surface.
2. The semen sample should be collected in the collection cup provided.
3. The sample is then left to stand for 60 minutes until the semen is completely liquefied.
4. Using the semen transfer device provided, fill the semen transfer device with the semen sample to the 0.1 ml indicated on the device. The semen sample is then added to the sample dilution buffer tube provided.
5. Invert the tube 5-10 times to mix the semen sample and sample dilution buffer.
6. Stand the diluted sample buffer tube upright, and open the cap on the sample collection tube. Invert the diluted sample buffer tube, transfer 2 full drops of the diluted sample (approximately 80 μL) into the sample well (S) of the test cartridge, and start the timer. Avoid trapping air bubbles in the sample well (S). See the figure below.
Interpretation of results

Normal: * Two colored lines appear. One colored line should be in the control line area (C) and another distinct colored line should be in the test line area (T).
*Note: The intensity of the color in the test line area (T) will vary depending on the concentration of SP-10 protein present in the sample. Therefore, any shade of color in the test line area (T) should be considered normal.
Abnormality: A colored line appears in the control line area (C). No lines appear in the test line area (T).
INVALID: The control line does not appear. Insufficient sample size or incorrect procedural technique are the most likely causes of control line failure. Check the program and repeat the test with a new test. If the problem persists, stop using the test kit immediately and contact your local dealer.
