CCV Ag	The incubation period is 3-6 days, and the course of disease is 7-10 days. Some sick dogs, especially puppies, die within 1-2 days after onset. Clinically, sick puppies have more serious symptoms than adult dogs, and most adult dogs have self-limited diarrhea. It will return to normal soon after diarrhea, and death is rare
CPV Ag	a) Dogs develop physical symptoms within 7-14 days after exposure to parvovirus, with an average onset time of 5-7 days. b) The toxin content in the feces of sick dogs is the highest, and usually reaches the peak through fecal excretion 7-8 days after infection, and drops sharply at 10-11 days. Rehabilitation dogs can still expel toxins through feces for a long time

Giardia Ag	a) The life cycle of Giardia includes two stages: trophozoite and cyst. The trophozoite is the vegetative reproduction stage, and the cyst is the propagation stage. The transmission of Giardia is mainly through cysts. After the cysts are excreted with feces, they will contaminate food and water, and become infected after being ingested by dogs and cats. b) The incubation period is generally 3-10 days. Cysts can be shed continuously for days or even weeks, but often intermittently, especially in the chronic phase of infection. Infectious cysts can survive in the environment for several weeks, whereas trophozoites cannot survive in the environment
